Summary: I would not buy this again. I would return it, but I destroyed the clear hard plastic packaging that it comes in...the only way to get it out. I went on Water-Pik's website and submitted for help on their webform on how to fix. 48 hours later they emailed me tracking info for a brand new kit. The whole head, hose etc. Everything arrived today and I installed it in 5 minutes.The point is- any shower head like this needs to be lightweight to avoid damaging the "average plumbing pipe in the shower." I think chrome finished light plastic is a fine choice since the company stands behind it 100%. All shower heads will get funky and wear out at some point, don't you want a company that stands behind the product with an easy replacement. Will definitely buy more from Water-Pik!!!
