Chacko - See all my reviews    I have had this shower head for about 15 years, and one of the best reasons that I will get another one of these Speakman shower heads is that it actualy helps to build up higher pressure showers. This has about 4 settings, the lowest being a gentle flood flowing rate, the highest setting be an all out super high power niagra falls type of shower. The polish has never rusted, chipped or flaked in the 15 or more years of having this shower head. All I do is wash the head with some mild soap and water and the head shines like new each time. For those who are thinking if the price is justified... all I have to say is buy it, you will not be dissapointed. This is extremely beneficial to those with low water pressure, now you dont have to sit and wait for soap to rinse off your body with a weak shower head... with this shower head... taking showers are fun. This review is from: Anystream� Classic 32 Spray Showerhead Polished Chrome (Misc.) I have been using a Niagara 1.25GPM shower head for the last year and a half. That is a terrible shower head because I do not believe over that entire period, the reduction in utility bills has been worth the measly showers it imposed on me. After extensive research, I purchased the 4-jet Speakman S-2253 AF-BP shower head and I have used it both with and without the flow-regulator. I was almost scared by the force of the water when I removed the regulator, after being accustomed to the weak spray of the Niagara (so ironic that a weak shower head is called the Niagara). The Speakman with the regulator is a pleasing enough improvement over the Niagara. The settings can be adjusted from a massaging flow to a thin, multi-directed spray and either cleanses you so much faster than the low-flow shower heads. Removing the regulator is straightforward - I followed the directions described by another reviewer here, though it took more than a gentle nudge with a screwdriver to ease... Up in our 2nd floor bathroom we had trouble finding a shower head that gave good pressure. We tried many types of heads. This was the only shower head that gave us good pressure. This shower head only has 4 holes and gives great pressure as a result. Try it, you'll love it!!!
