Same Problem:, July 29, 2011 By  Michael A. Davis - See all my reviews    This review is from: Oxygenics 54535 IntelliShower Handheld Showerhead, Oil Rubbed Bronze (Tools & Home Improvement) This is an ongoing issue for this product as mine suffered 3 hose failures in a years time. The company replaced the hose but charged me a shipping fee the 1st time. They recently told me on the phone that they weren't supporting this particular product anymore when I called in for a rubber grommet that fell out of the shower head holder. For me too, this was an expensive lesson and who wants to have to change the shower head hose every 3 or 4 months not to mention waiting for the replacement in the mail. Finally I went to Home Depot and purchased a generic hose and its been fine ever since. I really liked the showerhead, but both of them started leaking from the middle of the flex hose. Can i get my money back?? However, after 18 months of use, the hose leaks in several places rendering the "water saving" feature of this unit utterly useless.
