Some have been simply wonderful but wore out; others were okay but I replaced them when something better seemed to arise.And then came this one: Raindance. Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooohhhhhhh! Only three settings, but I only need the one in first position. Taking a shower is almost a religious experience now. I've tested the other two positions....the massage is fine, but I have had better on other showerheads. The middle position seems to be a more forced stream. The first position, however, is forceful enough. It's not a gentle rain...it's a caressing, driving rain. The shower head covers a lot of skin...and it's a wonderful sensation, possibly because of the air that is also being ejected (yes, it's an aeration system, of sorts). I recommend it. One of the reviews that caught my attention described showering with this shower head as a "religious experience". While I wasn't necessarily expecting that level of satisfaction, I thought it at least stood a chance of meeting my expectations.Wow! Our shower has gone to entirely new levels of water pressure never before experienced. Rinsing off shampoo/suds takes a mere second under the Hansgrohe. If you rely on a the shower to get the sleep out of your eyes and get you energized to start the day, this shower head will definitely deliver. While there is definitely pressure, it is delivered without pain. I've used "high pressure" fixtures before that make your face feel like you're being barraged by bees - it's definitely NOT that kind of pressure. Calm... I worried a bit at first, since this head has such a large surface area and so many nozzles, that the pressure would also be weak - but I was wrong! I guess it's the Whirl-Air technology or whatever, but it really has great, even pressure across the whole head, and makes for a fantastic shower - there's no need to move yourself or the shower head around, it covers a large area.Installation was very easy too - just screw it on. Highly recommended. |
