I wanted something with no plastic and low flow, but I also wanted a powerful shower. This was relatively inexpensive, beautiful, and well-made. It took about the same amount of time to install as it does to change the nozzle on a hose (save for the time spent getting a wrench from the toolbox to remove the previous showerhead).
