So far I'm not disappointed. The spray is nice and even, and the massage setting is great. I live on the top floor of my building, and water pressure is sometimes a problem, but the force of water from this shower-head is great. Water temperature is also much more even if there are changes in hot/cold water flow (such as someone below me flushing their toilet).Minus one star for it being a cheap plastic thing made in China ("polished chrome" = painted plastic). Also, it does not have "3 main settings". Still, it looks as nice installed as it works in the shower.Installation is simple - but the shower head package doesn't include the Teflon tape needed to ensure an easy installation and leak proof seal. A reminder for homeowners who normally don't install plumbing: before you use a wrench or channel lock pliers to tighten the mounting nut (and don't over tighten) get a thin rag and draper it over the outside of the nut. This will keep your pliers from grinding up the surface of the nut.
